3) What is a Matte Case?

     Our MATTE CASES, also known as HARD CASES or SNAP CASES, are made from toughened, high-quality polycarbonate FIBER material that is reinforced for extra strength. Rest assured, each case has an extremely slim-line profile and adds no weight to your device. Moreover, these hard cases are waterproof and durable.

4) Are the sides of Matte Cases fully covered?

     MATTE CASES won't be fully covered as cut gaps on the sides, top, and bottom are provided for easy access to buttons, charger, and speakers. Due to their toughness, these cut gaps allow easy removal of the Matte case from the mobile without any hassle. Our hard cases feature an extremely slim-line profile, adding minimal bulk to your device.

5) What is a Glass Case?

    Our Glass cases are premium cases where the back design area is protected by tempered glass. All sides are covered by SOFT TPU material, featuring comfortable buttons on the sides.

6) Are the sides of Glass Cases fully covered?

    Yes, all four sides of Glass Cases are covered with TPU soft rubberized material, providing ample grip when holding and protecting the phone from damage. Our Glass Case not only protects the phone but also provides a premium and stylish look.

7) How can I search for my specific phone model on your website?

    Currently, we don't have specific demos for each mobile model in every design, but no worries! Your mobile model name is already included on every product page. Simply find the perfect design, click the product, select your phone model from the DROP DOWN LIST, add it to your cart, and proceed with the purchase.

8) Does the print on cases fade?

    No, the design printed on our phone cases does not fade. We use a quality printing solution that is completely waterproof and durable.

1) Can I see my phone model on your website?

We currently don't have specific demos for each mobile model in every design. But No need to worry! Your phone model name is mentioned in DROP DOWN LIST of every product page.

Simply find a perfect design you need, click that product, select your phone model from the DROP DOWN LIST, add it to your cart, and proceed with the purchase.

2) Can I give my own image to create a custom phone case?

Certainly! Connect with us via Whatsapp +91 9176131440 with your image, phone model name, and preferred case type (Matte Case or Glass Case). We'll process your same custom design for your phone case model.

3) How to check the offers on your website?

We showcase ongoing offers and deals on our website\'s homepage banners and page header announcement bars. Exclusive discount offers are displayed on every product page. Some offers are automatically applied when you add more than one quantity to your cart. If you have a coupon code for an exclusive discount, please apply that code during checkout.

4) How long does the order take for delivery?

We ship our orders from Chennai Tamilnadu. We process, pack, and ship orders from our end within a maximum of 72 hours via our premium B2C delivery partner, DELHIVERY LTD

South India: 4-6 business days
North India: 5-7 business days

1) What is your return policy?

If you receive our Phone Case in a damaged or defective condition, we kindly request you to inform us immediately within 6-12 hours of the order being delivered. You can contact us via Whatsapp +91-9176131440 or support@mwstuffs.com

Our team will assist you in the best way possible by arranging a replacement and guiding you through the return process.

You will be required to send us a very brief video (just 15 seconds) via email or WhatsApp, explaining the issue and why the product was delivered in an unusable condition. Our team will ensure to rectify the issue at the earliest possible.

2) May I know the refund policy?

Since our product is custom-made exclusively for your model through a print-on-demand process, we do not offer a refund policy. The item has been specifically crafted for you.

Should you encounter any problems or damage with the product, we are happy to offer a complimentary replacement under any circumstances.

3) How long does it take to arrange a replacement?
