Replacement Policy

  • MW Stuffs offers only a replacement policy due to the print-on-demand nature of their phone cases.

  • Replacement Eligibility:
    • Manufacturing defects (fitting issues)
    • Damaged during shipment
    • We accept returns, if customer raised a complaint within 6 hours of receiving the defective/damaged items.
    • Defective/damaged item should be returned to us in 7 working days.
    • We offer replacement if issue has been verified

  • Return Process:
    • Verification of issue required
    • If issue verified, we'll either arrange return pickup on next working day (or) guide customer for self-return shipping process.
    • Instructions and return shipping address provided after verification
    • Unrequested returns will not be accepted

  • Inspection and Reporting:
    • Inspect order upon receipt
    • Contact immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Wrong product/model type ordered by customer
    • Customer dislikes the item (no exchanges for different phone cases) since it is exclusively customized for their specific phone model.

  • Replacement Order Dispatch:
    • Dispatch within 48-72 working hours after receiving the defective item
    • Tracking details shared with the customer upon shipment

  • Delivery Time Frame:
    • Usually order delivered in 5-7 business days from the dispatch date
    • Possible earlier delivery depending on location
    • Potential delays during peak seasons or due to external factors (distance, customs, natural disasters)

  • Tracking and Refunds:
    • Tracking information provided for every order
    • Replacement packages insured
    • Refund eligibility if the replacement package doesn't arrive.
    • Refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days after acceptance of refund by MW Stuffs.
